Please wait… this tree is in the process of regeneration. From its deep roots—life is sprouting again after loss—signs that recovery is possible after trauma. A routine occurence in nature. Nothing is final.

I help people slow down, reflect deeply about themselves, to know what's really going on behind patterns and behaviors. Often we can get stuck on autopilot, coping with things the best we can, but not fully aware or present with ourselves and those around us.
Over time, a collection of past, unresolved experiences can get stored up affecting aspects of daily life. This can be unpacked and you don't have to figure it out on your own. As the saying goes, "it takes people to make people sick and people to make people well." My goal is to help people find emotional, relational, and mental wellness.
Rather than another quick fix or surface level change
Give yourself the time and attention needed to heal and grow.
