"Namu" /nah-moo/ - (나무) means "tree" in Korean
It may be hard to to believe but from the roots, a tree stump can revive itself into a full grown tree. This regeneration is the kind of "post-traumatic growth" that can come with the healing journey.
For humans, restoration often comes through relationship with other humans. Thus, I offer my services with a relational framework designed to cultivate growth and change through human connection and collabration.
The name RootedNamu is a way for me to integrate my humble roots into my practice as a child of working class Korean immigrants.
